Dry aging is a process at the packing plant that aids in maximum tenderness of the beef.
How is your beef produced?
Our calves are born and raised on our farm. They are grass fed and grain finished for better flavoring. Our animals are not fed or treated with antibiotics unless they are sick. Withdrawal periods are monitored for any treated animal to ensure our product is safe.
Do you ship?
Unfortunately no. We do however offer on farm pick up. We transport labeled custom beef orders from the processor to the farm once dry aged and vacuum packed. We arrange pick up with customer before transport to the farm.
