We are a spring calving farm. We finish steers with hay and grain starting in the fall. Harvest is typically May/June to have burgers and steak in time for the July 4th holiday cookout. Our beef is dry aged for 21 days to make it more tender and flavorful. Then cut to order, vacuum packaged, and clearly labeled.
Each order can be tracked back to the specific steer that it came from.
We grow, harvest and store hay produced in our fields to feed our cows and calves through the winter when grass is limited. Round Bales available for purchase if surplus made during hay season (May-September).
